What They See Being Done Publicly Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Why is everyone alarmed and up with arms?
I don't understand.
What is there to disbelieve?
A re-enactment of their individual capabilities?

It has been witnessed over and over and over again,
Those wishing to make attempts with good deeds...
Attract others collectively,
With a doing to defeat...
Those that come with a desire to achieve,
A releasing of those good deeds to see done.

Why is everyone alarmed and up with arms?
Because what they see being done publicly,
Is what they do discreetly and in secret?
And a self examination has of yet to reveal this?
