What We Wear Poem by Imaobong Akan

What We Wear

Rating: 4.5

Does it embrace or disgrace?
Does it nearer bring us grace?
If it does accompany us disgrace;
Then we kill our world of race.
If it doth bring us embrace;
Then we leave with the world a trace,
Where to the helpless we give a brace,
Moving gracefully even if we be not praised.

Very poetic...never knew at first glance this poem was talking about character and not fashion.
