I watch you in the distance
I've known you for so long
I try and try to get through
But when I turn around you're gone


Can't just stop believing
Can't just stop my heart
You sit and watch and waste away
As your life slowly falls apart


Why don't you letme in?
And tell me what you feel
I've been there friend, you're not alone
I know the pain is real


Stop before it goes too deep
And you can't crawl back out
You act so cool and collected
When you have somuch self doubt


You shouldn't have to lie
Shouldn't have to pretend
Sometimes you have to let it out
In order for it to end


You know I'll always love you
And I'll always be there
But I have to stop and wonder
Do you even care?
