When A Wild Rose Sings To An Old Bee! Poem by nimal dunuhinga

When A Wild Rose Sings To An Old Bee!

Rating: 3.0

If thorns pinch your heart?
Please do not blame me
As you voluntarily landed
On my soft petals.
Anyhow I would like to minimize the pain
If you stay a night or two?
I have a special liking of you
As you're not behaving like a Hornet.
Rose sings her tricky song
'Caring is my main concern.'
With that unusual tickling!

*To Edgar Allan Poe, a Boston Native poet who died in Baltimore in 1849 under mysterious circumstances!
