When City Lights

Walking corner to corner,
Staring lights like a hover,
This the thing I always do,
When this city starts its glow.

Taking friends I only knew,
Talking dreams we want to grow,
This the thing we only do,
When this city make its glow.

Boredom comes, nothing can do,
Goes nowhere; we don't know,
No other things we can do,
When this city stop its glow.

Wondering what we can do,
When darkness was on the go,
Thinking some things we can do
While city lights stop its glow.

Each friendship was a power,
Ignores darkness together,
Making fun we only knew
While this city out of glow.

When darkness was out cover,
We say 'hello' each other,
Returns to things that we do,
When city lights back its glow.

Boredom's out; joyful it brings,
Sings happiness from within,
Enjoys things we always do,
When this city had its glow.

Say 'goodbye' with each other,
Moments out like a timer,
That's the thing we always do,
While city lights keeps its glow.

ARM’D year! year of the struggle!
No dainty rhymes or sentimental love verses for you, terrible year!
Not you as some pale poetling, seated at a desk, lisping cadenzas
