When I Go Into That Night Poem by Shalom Freedman

When I go into that night
Which is the night of all nights
I will go silently
And with the best I have given
Forever behind me-

Night of all nights
Will be my night
And my light
G-d bless them
Will be those
I have left behind.

Interesting write - so much like mine entitled `A Response to Dylan Thomas`, which you may like to read. (Report) Reply
