When Living In A Den Of Demons Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

When Living In A Den Of Demons

When living in a den full of demons
Who begin to attack without your consent!
Ending their mission is not a thought...
It's a mandatory undertaking,
Appearing to have no end!
But grabbing them around the throat...
With surprise,
Will gain their attention.
Then chop that bitch off right at the neck...
And not a word from them again they will mention!
This occurence will stop them from using their venom!
Without announcement needed,
To mark the start of this event!
They will know when this affair has begun!
It does not require acknowledgment gained.
Or the assistance from everyone!
Maintain your suspicions.
Even those related are suspect.
They are the first to put you to the test!
