When My Name Is Called Poem by Todd Allen

When My Name Is Called

When, on Earth, my chores are done,
my life in Heaven will just have begun.
I want to be ready,
all the time,
I never know when,
I'm next in line.
When my Father calls my name,
I hope to enter the gates of Heaven without any shame.
So, I pray on bended knee,
with my Lord is where I yearn to be
