When You Touch Me Poem by Bill Simmons

When You Touch Me

Rating: 5.0

I felt the coolness of the early morning breeze
I felt the dampness of the dew upon leaves
I’ve felt the snowflakes as they slowly fell on me
But the best feeling ever, was when you touch me

Only a touch but oh how I need so much
Only a feeling but it sends my world reeling
It’s only love but I just can’t get enough
Oh woman, how I love your touch

I feel the rain upon my face
I feel the sun, I feel the rays
I feel the blood coursing through my veins
But only one touch takes my breath away

I’ve felt the oceans upon my feet
I’ve felt the tides as they carried me
I feel your love, your every heartbeat
Like gentle the wind, like a warm sea

I felt the coolness of the early morning breeze
I felt the dampness of the dew upon leaves
I’ve felt the snowflakes as they slowly fell on me
But the best feeling ever, is when you touch me.

How wonderful! To feel love through the touch, magic fingers caressing the heart. A ten for each finger tip! Regards Patricia
