Where Do Ideas Come From? Poem by Leaking Pen

Where do ideas come from?
Is my first thought.
The first line has my question
My second line answers the first
I am now at line five
Questioning line four.
If this momentum keeps going on
I will increase my lines
Then the issue becomes
Evident: The main purpose for my poem
Is just to count lines! ! ! ! ! !
What a nifty idea?
On to 13 following praise from line 12
Now we have a perfect sonnet.
