What do you think this poem is about?

Where wings would lead -

Little angel,
Little angel,
Look up, look up.
The heavens are
Adorned with gems,
They whirl so slow, and far
Away in foolery.
Like dancers at a party
They swiftly move across
The sky's floor.
Look, up higher,
And let thine eyes
See even more.
Little angel,
Thine boundaries
Aren't even sky high.
So fly little angel,
Where wings
Would lead.
