Which Is Your Door?

The world’s absorbed in endless strife
Which way must man pursue
There is a door to endless life
But death has got one too

Now both doors live and have a voice
They’re calling night and day
To man it’s free to make his choice
To which he’ll pave the way

The door to death is wide and tall
Through sin, we have the key
Behind; we hear the devil’s call
“Come in the way is free”

It’s top and sides are sin and shame
It’s hinged with selfish pride
Disobedience, is the name
That bids us walk inside

The Door to life’s a cross of wood
So narrow plain and small
The frame stained with innocent blood
Cries out to one and all

There’s many ways to Satan’s layer
To God, there leads but one
The way to life, we find through prayer
By grace of Heaven's Son

Through Heaven's Lamb's The Door to life
His blood has paved the way
The way to end man’s foolish strife
And endless peace today

Who find themselves in Satan’s layer
Yet seek a way of flight
They need but now to kneel in prayer
For God to send His Light
