White Guy Poem by by her

White Guy

Rating: 4.5

He's just someone I met from way downtown,
Who wears a smile but hides a frown.
Who acts like he's shy,
but he really can't deny,
the fact that his smile,
rests my soul for awhile.

Distant he seems,
But I still beam,
whenever I see him,
he puts me on the whim.

To be beside him, I shall never go,
cause destiny says it's no, no, no,
But I'll never blow the chance,
Cause every thing's in my hands,
Though we can't go to the dance,
I'll never miss one full glance.

Guess I'll just be dreaming tonight,
And in my dreams you'll be on sight.
Deep in my heart,
I believe it's just the start.
Most probably this would be the sweetest thing,
The sweetest thing my life could bring.
