I am a fragile female heart
I wonder if love will find me
I hear my hopes and fears
I see the consequences of trust
I want a true, everlasting love

I pretend nothing can hurt me
I feel weary of being used
I touch the pain of hoping, but not beleiving
I worry about being forgotten
I cry when its hard to keep trying
I am a fragile female heart

I understand love and lust are different
I say God is the only perfect love
I dream of being strong enough
I try to hold myself together
I hope love is worth the risk
