Who Am I Poem by Maxime Rhapsody

Who Am I

Rating: 5.0

Lights off, Stage set
Props Ready and Action..........

Placing myself in a height,
My emotions clouded with fright,
Posted on a crossroad,
Where present memories haunts the actor,
When the act is me, The man
Seeking more memories or lost destiny,
When the words are not mine,
The unsung tales of time,
It is the blessed imagination from the blissful beyond

Who am I,

I am an entity,
Made of dust and air,
Breathing life from cells to souls,
Walking among the mankind as one or the whole,

I am the mortal,
Descendents of Adam and Eve,
The being with mind and sense,
Conquered the world with dreams and imagination,
Tormented souls from war to wrath,
Full of lust, desire, and anger,
Wandered through the silk trade,
sailed through the spice route,

Who am I,

I am you,
A creature in disguise,
A magnificent force never understood,
A fool searching for a definite answer,
The mysterious man on the dark corner,
The profound lady in the blue dress,

I am the one,
The persevered matter of life and beyond,
Piercing through neutrons and protons,
Finding blissful peace and eternity,
Marrying uranium and plutonium,
Blasting off from moon to mars,
Differentiating illusion from reality,
Comparing between evolution and creation,
Always lost in the vibration,
Seeking light in the end of the tunnel,

The man made wonder,
Though sometimes I ponder?

Who am I?

I am the dark skin,
Brown King,
Who walks like Jesus,
My name is Maxime
