Who Has Belived Our Message Poem by Terrance Tracy

Who Has Belived Our Message

Whom has the arm of the Lord
been revealed?

Who has sealed us with the Holy
Spirit as a guarantee?
You shall know the truth, the truth
shall set you free.

Fathers will not hide truth from
their children for generations to
come, praises to the Lord with psalms
of His mighty strength accompanied His
wonderful works that he has done.

Who has believed our message?
Whom has the arm Lord been
revealed?
Was it just Elijah that heard
God's voice small and still?
How many have heard the Son's
plea from the Hill of Calvary?

Who has believed our message?
Whom has the arm of the Lord
then revealed?

Not in a wind great and strong
not in the earth that quaked
nor in a fire the prophet could not
see the Deity's countenance
just his voice while standing
the front of a cave gave him the
direction 'Why are you here? '
'I have for work for thee.'

Who has believed our message?
Whom has the arm of the Lord
been revealed?
In a body beaten a bloody
representation came the cry
of separation 'MY God,
why has thou forsaken Me? '

Who has believed our message?
Whom has the arm of the Lord
been revealed?
'I thirst' cried the Son
a hyssop of sour wine
He received for all to see.
'It is finished' bowing His head
He gave up His spirit for all of humanity.

Who has believed our message?
Whom has the arm of the Lord been
revealed?
Hosea a prophet of old foretold
'I will ransomed them from the power
of the grave;
I will redeem them from the death.
Where, O death, are your plagues?
Where, O grave, is your destruction? '

Who has believed our message?
Whom has the arm of the Lord
been revealed?
The enemy of old relished an illusion
of victory that would soon derail.
The Son of God erased that
evil smile when the gates of Hell
could not prevail.

Who has believed our message?
Whom has the arm of the Lord
been revealed?
Over generations to come a former
enemy of Christ these words he did
pin 'When the perishable has been
clothed with the imperishable, and
the mortal with immortality, then the
saying that is written will come true:
'Death has been swallowed up in victory.'
'Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting? '

Who has believed our message?
Whom has the arm of the Lord
been revealed?
For all to hear and all who see,
His salvation calls for faith to believe
all that He asked was 'Do you believe in Me'
