Who is she?
This strange girl
Who inhabits your body
Who wears your face
Who is she?

I miss you
When will you be back?
It feels like you’ve been gone
For many years
Who is she?

She tells me weird things
Things that would make you
Yell and shut your ears
Things that you hate
Who is she?

She likes to use her body
The body that is yours
In ways that make you cringe
What she wears and how she dances
Who is she?

You always said you wouldn’t leave
Remember how we used to lean on each other?
How we used to support each other?
Remember when I found you crying
And hugged you close
Close to my heart
Where I know
That you will always be

I miss you so much
I want to talk to you
One more time
I want to sit with you
I want to hug you
I want to be next to you
Again
But you are long gone
I haven’t seen you in years
How could someone so strong
Someone so brave
Be replaced?
Be replaced with someone like her?
Be replaced with someone so cruel
So heartless and crazy
Where are you?
Where did you go?
Who is she?
