Who Says 'It's Never Too Late? ' Poem by Frizz Warwick

Who Says 'It's Never Too Late? '

The boy in the bubble - he can't see through
He's locked inside with nothing to do
He screams for help but no one hears
He's left to cry in silent tears

So what will become of the boy within?
An angel's heart with a devil's grin
He's been alone now for so many years
We can have high hopes but we also hold fears

That boy in the bubble, an adult has grown
Out on the streets he's free to roam
Now a poor soul, he could have once been great
He sits alone in the park, not long to wait

His time has come, silent tears will no longer fall
A lesson to be learnt here, a lesson for all
A victim of abuse, a destructive force
It's too late for help, all we can offer is remorse
