Scorpio Virgo

Who will dare?

The Lioness, female power, well-defined ferocity;
She is clever and cautious,
running free among her pride.
Who dare hunt the huntress?

Protective, parading powerfully past,
She is balanced and bold,
Death chosen before a cage taken.
Who dare hunt the huntress?

Her ride, her strength, her majesty,
Few will ever truly know.
In catching her, she must also be freed.
Who dare hunt this huntress?

I will...

Poem of the Day

poet Henry David Thoreau

My books I'd fain cast off, I cannot read,
'Twixt every page my thoughts go stray at large
Down in the meadow, where is richer feed,
And will not mind to hit their proper targe.
