How can I describe what I'm going through?
Nightly thoughts in my head of losing you.
I've been beating my brains out night after night.
The worst part is knowing this just isn't right.
I can't give up this easily and quit.
I just can't bring myself to say we are over yet.
I don't know your true feelings, but at least I can try.
I've tried to find out, but the opportunities seem to pass me by.
Stop walking away when I try to get close!
There are some things I just need to know.
Tell me why your feelings for her are so strong
and why, in an instant, yours for me were gone?
Tell me why you thought we were moving too fast?
Tell me why was I the one to come last?
Tell me why you have to leave my life, why can't you stay?
Why can't I make these feelings for you just go away?
