Why would you do that to me?
Why would you make me cry?
I have loved and cherished you our whole life
Please just tell me why!

Why break my heart like you did?
Why do you make me feel so small?
Why in the world would you walk away
Walk away from us having it all

Our lives once full
Why change that now?
Please talk to me for a minute
We'll change this all somehow

Why did you say the things you did?
To bring me down so low
You have crushed my world and broke my heart
I will never let you go

You're in my heart, my head and my mind
You will be till my end
I will miss you till the end of time
Your heart I will long defend
