Why Do I Love You?

Is it because you're something new to my eyes
Is it because you're the reason why I smile
Is it because every moment I want to be around you
Can it be that I need you around because you brighten my while world

Is that why I love you?

Is it because you make do things I'm not usually doing
Can it be that I honestly feel whole with you?
Is it that you keep me sane and calm?
Can it be that you make it easy to think and breath?

Why am I in love with you?

Can it be that no one understands me better than you do?
Can it be that I don't have to worry about you cheating on me?
Can it be that I just love that way you watch me watch over you
Can it be that God answered prayers?

What makes me want to be with you?

Can it be that I hold you just right?
Can it be that I give you respect like no other
Can it be that I hear your every word when you vent
Can the reason be that you're made just for me and I to you

Why do I love you so?

Can it be I feel at home in your arms
Can the reasons for the answers to my questions be within your heart?
Can it be that when I'm down and feel out you my hero to save the day
Can it be that these reasons are what you said to me at the park when I asked 'Why Do You Love Me? '
Can it be that I don't forget anything we do?

I know why I love you, because you gave me a chance to show you that there are good men out here in this world that have respect for the one they care for and need you just as bad as you need me. That's a honest reason why a man like me cares and loves a woman like you and tell you everything you don't want to hear rather than the things other people tell you.
