Why do memories linger?
Why do you?
What is it that binds me to you?
Spreads its web of magic,
Entangles me in you?
Creates a spell of ecstasy,
And pulls me back to you?
Till my feelings lose their way
In tempestuous thoughts of yesterday!
And my emotions search around
For a resting place in your ground.
Why do emotions linger?
Why do you?

Memories linger coz' we are there civil engineers and contractors....our pain is its builder and building materials....poems and outbirsts lay down the foundation and skeletal segments and finally the words engineer them in form and expressions so that they display as the merchandised way of state-of-the-art pain after its painstaking effort as always wanted....lovely way of thinking and materialising it...i give it a tenner...
