Wicked Leader. Poem by ALBERT ENSA FORNAH

Wicked Leader.

Rating: 2.0

You pretender! in total preparedness, with prettified promises

You prodigally reduce the hope of your people

Never you behave like a surrogate father

In the minds of your people lies a stream of consciousness

your people cry for sustainable leadership

since you came you vagary change your plans

The youth are thirsty for jobs tired of vagrancy

Your wicked tempest continue to relinquish the hope of your people

You have the temerity to exchange the health of your people for money

You hear the tintinnabulation from your people,

Your tomfoolery behavior is leading your people to privation

Your dubious attitude will come to a closure some day

The duplicity you shown throughout your reign will come to an end

Your endeavor endorsement will not engineer any effect

Your wickedness is inimitable and your iniquities will die with you

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
this poem is about our wicked leaders especially in Africa, when the people vote for them in return they forgot about the people and enrich themselves with the monies meant for the welfare of the masses. this poem is to remind them that what they are doing is very bad and they must stop immediately. this poem is to fight the leaders by writhing poems.
COMMENTS OF THE POEM
Kay Staley 03 October 2014

The language in this poem made me laugh. How wonderfully the poet tried to incorporate big words with intrinsic meanings. Very rarely do I see a poem that has such dynamic word structure but yet has a simplistic meaning to grasp. It is not written in a good poem form and the large words would make some readers roll their eyes, but I enjoyed it.
