Will To A Future Poem by Taylor Coleman

Will To A Future

'Life
Starts
Now'

...words sown in One Soul
In a Man of Curiosity

Seeking what is
buried deep on the other-side of
? His Mirror image?

wanting to Tame
The Darkness,
to catch every dream
In each wisp of Dying
cigarette smoke

As
the glint of a Lighter
Calms the Troubles
That
Escalate

Bathing tirelessly in Work
(in scribbles of INK)
Only questions
Ease the
Race
4
Knowledge

he Ravages under
The puppetry of the
Sun
And
Moon

So what if...

Mankind could command
the Stars and Heavens
to bend their celestial ways
to its liking
Humanity would never
AGE

Depression is not ones
(But only is too)
Ab(D) ominat(E) ions, taking flight
But a time for imagination to thrive
Its said
(the pronounced-insane-
individuals are the most remembered)
Till this day

There is no love in lust
no voids in an illusion
There is no doubt in a confession
Or energy in useless
(Ness)

If you consider yourself a pioneer
An angel above all kings
A God above all rulers
A philosopher above all ways
Then where is your change
Where are your laws to break

There are thoughts
UNSAID
that linger
They will never be put to words
But only IMAGERY

Who so ever
Takes Away from his fellow man
These liberties
(Life, love, happiness)

-But only DREAMS that one day
In the snap of a finger
All confusion will cease-

That man
Takes away Mankind's
Will to a Future
