Winds Of Change... Poem by Sahil Mamtani

As the winds blow toward you,
Do you ever notice the change in seasons,
Do you ever notice a dropp of rain that falls on your skin,
And then as it pours,
And then  suddenly as you stand,
The rain that fell turns into a pond,
That pond turns into a river,  
That river turns into a sea... 
The world used to change gradually,
However as times have changed we have begun to underestimate nature,
Due to technology man has begun to protect horde and harvest,
Although we have so much we have never learned the meaning of 'much',
No matter what we do we can never change the truth behind us neither can we conceal it with our lies...
The truth about Our aggression, our want, our greed and our oppression,
Yet all we have left is our hope that one day... In words alone can we perceive the emptiness in that little tear drooping down our eyes as it travels down across our face drops down from the side of the chin onto the ground to never be seen again...
