Wise Words Of A Foolish Girl Poem by Keli Mims

Wise Words Of A Foolish Girl

Speak not for all need be said I will say,
Look not to far for we still have today.
Act not foolish, act not reckless nor rash,
Be not still for not all things will last.

Cry not for tears will do not a thing,
Wish not on passing fancies of a dream.
Fear not the future for it is still the past,
Fear not the present for it will hardly last.

A second is gone, now it's the future,
A second survived, and now matured.
Hate not for only love can calm the soul,
Hide not your every feeling for you'll only dull.

Harden not your soul to the that I speak,
Yet listen not to their words; loser, ugly, freak.

For they are empty, yet full of hideous hate,
Walk tall fall not into the sticky fate.
Blink not for to long, for what you may miss,
A look in one's eyes, or a smile on one's lips.

Laugh out loud and for quite some time,
But offend not, cross not a line.
Hold not to passing hopes of the heart,
For only on long thoughts may things start.

Fear not of what you do not know,
Live in this moment, here you'll grow.
Here you find things to help on your way,
Be not idle for here you can not always stay.

Look not for problems where there are none,
Do not horrid things for they cannot be undone.

Judge not for others may judge you,
For words you speak or actions you do.
Not everyone is always as kind,
Yet that's a thing you, yourself must find.

Drink not to drown your sorrows away,
For occasionally you can't control what you say.

Fear not of those that you love,
Fear not fo you are more than enough.
Love many, trust few, hate none,
And find that special one.
Hold them close in heart and mind,
Look no nore, they're all you need find.

Fight not, hold tight to them,
Once you have them, let it not end.

Let not that love, that hope go,
Just because you're afraid of what you don't know.
Kiss slowly, enjoy every little second,
Break not things that hardly bend.

Look not to far for we still have today,
Speak not for all need be said I'll say.
