Wishing The Impossible Poem by Sandra Feldman

Wishing The Impossible

Rating: 5.0

If only it were possible,
To synthesize,
All the music of the Universe,
In one only verse,
What would it say?
What would it be like?
If it were possible,
I think I might die of fright,
At the power of the mind.

But wishes, so often remain wishes,
'A miraculous Verse, never written',
Only wished in the mind.

A very beautiful wish, Sandra! I liked your idea in this poem, it is a little melancholy, yet a brilliant idea to make one verse from the power of a mind. Alas, it is only wish so far. A very interesting and enlightening poem, I enjoyed reading it. Thank you, RoseAnn
