With God's Hand

Our country has health and wealth today
Because of the happenings on life's way.
The depth of great Acts of Parliament
The Military might coping with war...
We all agree without argument
That we've held our own in times of yore.
The past is a solid foundation
A rock of ages to build upon,
And we shall go from strength to strength
With God's hand to guide us along.

if I look
at the crystal moon, at the red branch
of the slow autumn at my window,
if I touch
