This is a great poem! If you watch the newest movie on the alamo, titled, 'The Alamo', you will see that this movie left out the scence portrayed by this poem which loses some of the courage and bravey always know in the story of the alamo. Besides that, this is a poem that carrys lots of imagery and gives you a good feeling inside!

Poem of the Day

poet Pablo Neruda

I want you to know
one thing.

You know how this is:
if I look
at the crystal moon, at the red branch
of the slow autumn at my window,
if I touch
