Without You Poem by Beau Bennett

Without You

VERSE ONE-
Now that I've finnaly bled you an ocean
It's time to shed this rotting skin

Time to leave this filthy corpse
To forget all that is within

I'll never bleed for you again
You killed all the love I had left inside

I can now start my days anew
with security and pride

CHORUS-
Wouldn't that be nice
If only it were true
But living life in hell
Is like living without you

VERSE 2-
For love surly is no blessing
It's nothing more than some disease

It only kills slowly over time
And brings all imputantly to their knees

I wear these scars as badges
To remind me of the love I've lost

For being stupid enough to think you'd ever love me
Lonliness is my cost

But you know I'd gladly pay this price again
Just to have another chance

I'd gladly bleed another ocean
Just to have another glance
