Words Poem by Jade Harmony

Words

I feel my mouth open,
Full of words I want to say.
But I suppress my voice.
Who wants to hear me anyway?

So many questions
That I'm burning to ask-
No can do.
I gotta keep on this mask.

It's not fair!
There. I said it.
But when you looked at me,
I started to regret it.

You look at me,
Swearing it's true.
But my life is full of lies-
So how could I believe you?

I looked in the mirror.
My eyes were misted,
I couldn't help it.
You're sick and twisted.

Everyone was angry.
It shook me to the core.
You looked at me and laughed...
What're family for?
