A solace in my distress
Company in loneliness
Bestowin' me with the gift of ~Expression
In moments of love, pain n aggression


Words......
In soft voices, captivate
Call me out n anticipate
My reply to those who desert me never
In ecstasy n grief, with me forever


Words.......
Them I live by
By Them I shall die
What honour is it, being killed by a bloody sword
Let me solemnly drown in a wordy flood
