So do the seasons last?
Desert witnesses snow fall
Rivers spate with sudden call
Glaciers melt with hot temperature
As we disturb the natural atmosphere
Global warms up with lot many changes
Human being tries but helplessly manages
We find the changes necessary
As old customs have become weary
World has come closer
Each person is acting as poser
New fields have come up for exploration
Not education alone but improvement in relation
Language has remained no barrier
Countries have come even closer
Culture and art has crossed boundaries
Poverty and miseries too have varied
New fields have opened and people are friendly
The diseases have been controlled which were deadly
The wind blows with message of peace
Life smiles with comforts and at ease
Everybody knows the importance of freedom
No one thinks to violate or attempts seldom
modern day Samantha39 minutes ago I love that at first you come off as if you are disturbed by the world, but at the end you portray a more humble and accepting view of the world. Great poem. Comment +1 Interesting
Matthew Main41 minutes ago Different. Comment +1 Serious
Corrie Diamond35 minutes ago I think of poetry as someone's feelings. It seems really serious. Really good though. Comment +1 nice message
Robin Little39 minutes ago but meter made it fall short for me ~ think to add extra beat.. I think.. perhaps as experiment.. to flesh it out.. my opinion
Peach There is a lot to think about in each stanza, many conclusions to be drawn.
