Worldly Wonders Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Worldly Wonders

Rictameter - syllable count:
two-four-six-eight-ten
and return.

Wonders
there were seven
in our old world of yore
pyramids statues and temples
and christian buildings on every shore
seven's such a meagre number
see the number soar if
we re-count the
Wonders
