Every day comes with a new moon,
So dark
There’s no light in the night sky
To enlighten the darkness
Deep inside my heart

I hated myself until I met you
And now that you’re gone,
It’s back to day one again

A world with no light,
I’m finally beginning to understand
What it’s like

A world with no love,
A world with no delight,
A world without you

Some days I just wish
I could go back to that day
And keep dreaming
Until bitter reality
Inundates my heart

I wake up every day
Only to realize
Morning isn’t here yet

Every moment is still so desolate,
Filled with agonizing distress

The stars in the night sky
Won’t stop falling,
Like the tears falling from my eyes
I just can’t hold back anymore

Would you have ever dreamed,
That I would miss this much when you were dead?
