X Sex, Love And Marriage Poem by Madam Anonymous

X Sex, Love And Marriage

A trilogy
Of modern US of A

You may have all three
But never all at at once, together
Never footloose and free
My cynical drift you gather?

One begets the other
Or has the capacity to kill
Which one would you rather have?
If this truth, doesn’t give you a chill

Chronologically,
The first two precede the third
Psychologically,
The third is not for a free bird

Which is your long lasting pleasure?
Which two would you have, or would you like all three?
Sex, love and marriage is never a combined treasure
If you don’t believe me, try this Molotov cocktail and see

- A temporary cynic -

Oh dear, I hope it is only temporary. It's never too late. I've got all 3 and it's wonderful. Perhaps 'cos I don't live in the U>S>A Irene *Hug*

I guess, there's no doubt, that you were burned and perhaps in love, your advances spurned! Things are not really, as bad as all that and sometimes one, has to go to bat!
