Beautiful, deep, and true! We cannot live without breathing, you are teaching me to do it consciously, to take time for it, thank you I am so very grateful! Going to have some deep breathing sessions with a few trees near the river in my neighbourhood. Can't wait to be filled with energy, sort of needing it. Thanks for reminding me!

When goodness fills in every space of the body....nourishing the soul, goodness will also touch others! It's contagious. I'm taking a deep breath now.....feeling rejuvinated. Creative thinking.

Scientifically, air contains oxygen, while for energy it comes from oxidation (oxygen play big role here) so in one hush we may release energy in body or heat out from body...and as each word use consume energy and energy entwined from oxygen in the air...so the power of words, and all we have are generated from the air...which mean energy in it's freedom state..who thinks the molecules that dance in the air can produce so powerful energy...spirit, and healing...and like in the air it is invisible, just like your soul...power is invisible...just to remember how weak we are, the power is inside, dont say we dont have any strength as it invisible...from one breathe to others lung we shall share the energy...energy of loves among people around the world..and oxygen make it spark all over the world..in transparent wind..LOL_Unwritten Soul
