Yes I do love you
But why can’t I let you know
I do love you
But my heart is afraid to be broke

Time and time again I have begged
For someone not to break my heart
But every time it fails
And my heart is torn apart

I know you wont hurt me
Well that’s what you say
But how do I no your fa real
Because I’ve heard it all before in my day

I know you like me and I feel the same
But every time my heart says I love you
My mind puts it to shame

Please don’t be mad it only takes patient
To build up the courage to say,
I love you turtle
Forever; and hopefully that’s the way it will stay

I trust and feel so much for you
But I’m sorry I just can’t love you.
