You Poem by Piccola Topo Gigio

You

Rating: 5.0

I would like to think,
That you are looking for me,
With the same fervor,
As I am looking for you.

Your thoughts and image,
Always walking next to me,
As mines are walking next to you.

I would like to know,
That you love me,
Out there, somewhere,
With the same passion, I do.

Your hopes never flailing,
Your search, never staking,
For as long as it may take you.

For it's you,
The one I have been waiting for,
Ever since my eyes could see.

You,
The one my dreams are filled with,
Ever since my will was free.

You,
The one I've been searching for,
Ever since my heart could feel.

Only you,
The one who'd make it possible,
For my soul to heal.
