I lay here thinking about what I can't have,
I wake up and it's the first thing on my mind,
There's a person I know who is everything I could ask for
That person is you! !

You are all that I need
You treat me like a somebody
You care about me
I wish you were mine.

I can't stop thinking about you
Some say I'm obsessed
But when I meet someone like you
I can't help but be that way.

When you hug me I feel so safe and secure
When you say it will be alright, it feels like it will
When you just sit there and talk to me I know there's one out there that cares
When you're just being goofy, I know there's happiness in the air

But most of all, I love when you're just being you.
