You Poem by Hope Wallin

You

Say what you want,
Say what you please,
But your the one there,
Down on your knees,
Talking bad about me,
Spreading rumors and lies.
I'm the one here,
Looking down with pity in my eyes.
If your so self concious,
That you have to put me down,
That you have to tell the story
To everyone in town,
Then it really doesn't matter,
The wrong you did to me.
You're feeling worse now,
Worse than I'll ever be.
