All I ever wanted was to be with you
All I ever wanted was a friend
I just wanted you to be true
I just wanted this pain to end

You were never here for me
I was always alone
I was always free
And on my own

I was always heartbroken
I was always crying
Words were always harshly spoken
It made me feel like dieing

You never really said you hated me
You just turned your head and walked away
I always wanted to be friends you see
But all ended in dismay
