You are a friend, i never had
During the times when i was sad
The times when the sun was dark
And no sounds were head except the dog's bark
The moments of drought and no rain
I had nothing to count as gain
When i looked into the sky
All i could do was to sigh
When the dog had no bone to chew
And the fowls battle for the few
I looked but i could not find you
I gazed up the heaven but could not see you
I askes ' where you have been? '
Everyone around looks cruel and mean
But you have come in time to save the times
Promise you will never leave
And with me you will leave.
