Shalom Freedman (Troy New York)
You Are Vaster
YOU ARE VAST
We tried to contract You into a few thousand years
And our Earth at the center of the spheres
But You are vast
Beyond billions of years and galaxies
Beyond Before and After
Beyond what we can know and dream.
You are vaster than all we can think and see
And all we can dream and seem.
In a way we can never know
What Beyond is.
Oh how much Greater and Farther
Deeper in all Directions and Dimensions
You Who Are You Are.
