You colour my dreams
with happiness
whenever you are around.
You make my life beautiful
without ever uttering a sound.
I feel that I’ve reached heaven
when I’m in your arms at night.
You colour my dreams
with love
within that twinkle in your eyes.
I feel no longer blue,
restless or lonely.
As time goes marching by
you bring the greatest gift
any man could ever want
when you colour my dreams
with everything I could wish for.
