You Do This, You Say That Poem by Neela Nath Das

You Do This, You Say That

Rating: 4.6

I don't write poem,
but poem makes me
write it!
The surfing emotion
emerges out
from you, him, her..
The irresistible
call I sense
passes thru my
nerves, veins...
You do this,
you say that;
Patience is
absent there
in your dictionary!
Me too want to
get winged! !
And this is not
to reach a
monster's castle!
Delicacy, tenderness
are the words
govern my spirit.
The soul who can
bear softness
is behind a shield
designed with the
filigree work.
But you, his other-self?
Hawk-eyed, atrocious
full of negative passion.
Learn the art
of nature, her calmness
the coolness...........
A part of my life,
will be yours.

I didn't write
this poem.
But poem made
me write this.

Poems with truth are those that are most worthy of being read and remembered, How very true is it when the spirit of poetry directs our emotion and path of thought, I love your poem.
