Hi PN - This is a very elegant poem in both its structure and message. There is often and different level of connection between tow people. Poetry reaches out to our 'hearts' not our 'heads' all poetry is emotional. Do we always 'say what we mean' do we always 'mean what we say'? The same poem can be interpreted quite differently by two members of our lovely PH Family. I love the poem and I love the message especially the last two lines 'I sing a song of love - You its only rhyme'. This has made me evaluate my own Poetry - I now try to see it and interpret it through the eyes of the reader and be inter-spective and not intra-spective in my initial per-spective. Thank you.
