You & Me
Before the world was made
Before the sands and shores were placed
God thought of you and me
Before the sun and moon were thought of
Before animals roamed the land
God's first thoughts were for you and me
He gave his son
To die for our sins
What more can I ask for
When he's already given me life.
As many times as I have walked away
Thanks to his son's gift,
He always welcomes me with forgiving arms
