You'Re All I Want Poem by Kimberly Hope

You'Re All I Want

I've erased all my pictures,
haven't seen you for days.
I don't have your number,
nor have I been on your page.
Yet, thoughts of you continue
to crawl my mind, you are,
in every corner I look.
In every dream I dream.
I feel like you are everywhere,
just as if you are mine.
Yet, when I walk out of my shadows,
you are nowhere to be found.
I cringe at such happy memories,
when they replay from within.
I only want to kiss you,
to love you with myself,
hold you from within the night,
but most of all, I want
your true love, and full attention.
But not to be treated like your
queen or princess.
Thus, I wish not to be,
and not to be used.
